What I Believe

Every child deserves a space where they feel truly safe — physically, emotionally, and psychologically.
Healing happens in relationship. I build genuine, trusting bonds with every child and family I work with.
Children are naturally resilient. My role is to nurture the strengths already within them and help those strengths bloom.
Therapy doesn't have to feel heavy. Play, laughter, and creativity are powerful pathways to healing.
My Approach

Through guided play, children express what they can't yet put into words. Toys, games, and imaginative scenarios become tools for healing.

Drawing, painting, and creating give children a safe outlet for complex emotions and help them process experiences at their own pace.

For older children and teens, we use conversation and cognitive-behavioral techniques to build coping skills and shift unhelpful thinking.
Common Questions
Each session is tailored to your child. For younger children, we use play, art, and storytelling. Older children and teens may prefer talk-based approaches. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place in a warm, comfortable playroom.
Absolutely. I take time to build trust at your child's pace. The playroom is designed to feel safe and inviting — nothing clinical. Most children look forward to their sessions within the first few visits.
Every child is different. Some see meaningful progress in 8–12 sessions, while others benefit from longer support. I provide regular updates so you always know how things are going.
I am an out-of-network provider and can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. Many families find their plans cover a significant portion of the cost.
If your child's emotions or behaviors are getting in the way of their daily life — at home, school, or with friends — it may be time to talk. A free consultation can help us figure that out together.
Yes. I believe parents are essential partners. I offer regular parent check-ins and share strategies you can use at home to support your child's progress.
